From 1 - 100 years old!!
Class format:
20 - 30 minutes Rebounding and 30 minutes toning and abdominal workout with stretch and relaxation to finish class.
Enrolment:
Please ring to reserve a place as class numbers are limited and demand for these classes is very high.
Full payment must be made on first night of class 20 minutes before class starts.
